My coaching is inspired by “animato” – a musical indication for “playing with the soul, in an animated or lively manner”. It comes from my long musical education that irrigated all of my international personal, academic and professional background.
After graduating in Art History, French language and Literature, European and political studies and the ENA, I added the HEC Executive coaching certificate to the list of my diplomas. All those learnings and encounters nurtured my professional calling and my approach as a strategy consultant, coach and university teacher to help organisations and people grow, for common good.

Thus, it became obvious that building a highly rational and logical structure as well as a spontaneous creative movement needs this breathing element in order to actually unfold into life. Music has that unifying power, and coaching does too.

As we are called to live unified lives, this simple statement “animato” became the thread in my signature as a strategic coach, holding both the analytical and the intuitive to help my clients step into something new.
It started when a 52 years old top C-suite international executive suddenly lost his job and, completely under shock, couldn’t find the answer to this simple question :

Today, most of my clients come with this question in the background, whether they are experienced managers thinking through their careers or just freshly stepping out of college into their first junior executive job.
My wish for each of them is to connect with the world of inifinite possibilities and find the energy and the joy to be themselves while unfolding their professional identity.
